Roboten Gaudeamus is RoboTen #28223, an eight-person robotics team from IPLT Gaudeamus in Chisinau. We design, build, program, test, and improve robots for competitive robotics challenges while growing through teamwork, iteration, and hands-on STEM experience.

An eight-person team from IPLT Gaudeamus in Chisinau focused on robotics, STEM learning, and representing our community with professionalism and ambition.
Robots for competitive challenges, together with the software, electronics, control systems, and strategy that make them work in real conditions.
We plan, prototype, test, review, and improve. Every project combines engineering, teamwork, communication, and constant iteration.
Students build practical skills in coding, mechanics, electronics, public speaking, collaboration, and leadership.
Here is the current team roster and each member's role within RoboTen #28223.
Captain & Technician
Andrei leads the team and coordinates all activities to keep everything on track. He also works hands-on with the robot, ensuring all mechanical components function properly.
Engineer
Mihai focuses on designing and building key parts of the robot. He contributes to problem-solving and ensures the structure is efficient and reliable.
Engineer
Daniel supports the engineering process by developing and improving robot mechanisms. He helps test and refine designs to achieve better performance.
TeleOp Programmer
Ciprian programs the robot for driver-controlled periods. He ensures smooth and responsive controls during matches.
Autonomous Programmer
Sebastian develops the code that allows the robot to operate independently. He focuses on precision, sensors, and strategy during the autonomous phase.
Technical Designer, Fundraising & Human Resources
Felicia designs technical concepts and contributes to the robot's overall presentation. She also manages fundraising efforts and team organization, ensuring resources and communication run smoothly, while creating and organizing the team's portfolio to showcase the journey, achievements, and technical work.

Mentor
Cristian supports the team with technical guidance and strategic thinking, helping them tackle challenges effectively. He contributes to problem-solving and encourages constant improvement throughout the season.
Robotics is technical, but the team culture matters just as much. These values guide how we learn, work, and represent ourselves.
We ask questions, test ideas, and stay open to learning.
We solve hard problems together and support each other.
We improve through planning, testing, and iteration.
We combine technical thinking with original ideas.
We learn from setbacks and keep building forward.
We grow through hands-on practice, not theory alone.
